Whether your preference is a Basic Surgery only package, a four star fully inclusive package, or a full luxury five star package we can plan your treatment to suit your needs and your pocket.

Once we have received your request we can se send you an exact quotation and information about the treatment you are interested in.

We will contact you to set a target date for treatment and confirm your travel arrangements.

Once you have decide to proceed and we have received your Pre-Surgery questionnaire you will be assigned a tentative date for the trip. The date will be assigned according to the first date available and at your convenience. Depending on the treatment the reservations may be tentatively reserved until partial payment is made. The customer service advisor will send you by e-mail any additional information you request, such as information about the physicians, about the medical facilities where the treatment will take place. This exchange of information is completely free of charge. they may also assist you with flight information and hotel accommodation.

We send your confirmation & invoice

Once the details have been finalized, your completed pre-surgery questionnaire has been received together with your 10% booking deposit; our customer service advisor will send you a detailed confirmation of your booking and invoice explaining how the remainder should be paid.

Final payment

Unless you are making your final payment directly at the hospital facility (please see methods of payment), the final payment must be completed two weeks before traveling. Please note that where full payment has not been received the hospital reserves the right to withhold treatment. It is important to inform your customer service adviser of your proposed method of final payment in advance.

Payment may be made by:

Credit & Debit Card	- Credit & Debit Card - add 4.5% surcharge PLEASE NOTE - where the cardholder is not receiving treatment then please complete the cardholders approval form
Bank Transfer	- Direct bank Transfer in $USD 4 weeks prior to traveling
Cash	- Cash at the hospital in Euro on the day of consultation
Bank Cheque / Draft	- Bankers Cheque in Euro's direct to the hospital made payable to "St Jan's Hospital" - Bankers Cheque in USD $ made payable to "Direct Healthcare International Limited"

During The Trip

If you have purchased the all inclusive 4* or 5* package our chauffeur will meet you at the airport and will take you to your hotel. Our chauffeur service will transfer you between your hotel and the hospital.

After surgery and once you are safely settled back in the comfort of your hotel Quality Gastric Bypass will organize for our nurse to visit you at your hotel and ensure that all is in order.

Finally you will receive a post operative consultation the stitches will be removed (if applicable) and you will be granted a medical authorization to return home.
